To provide care, shelter, food, medical facilities and day to day facilities to abandoned mentally challenged/ mentally ill  people found roaming on the road and street bare footed or in torn clothes or sometime naked, some time seen eating from rotting garbage, an Orphanage Home is being run by the Jan Sewa Sansthan, Rohtak at Bhiwani Road, Near Drain No. 8, Rohtak.  Throughout the year between 180 to 200 Mentally Handicapped unknown persons avail the above noted facilities of free of charges. The annual expenditure to run this service is about Rs.1.5 crore.
